Ralph MartinGRAINGERAnita, Daniel, Mark and families in their recent sad bereavement would like to express their sincere and grateful thanks to family, friends and neighbours for their kindness, cards and letters of condolence and donations received for Macmillan Cancer Support, The Christie and Rainow Church in memory of Ralph. We would also like to thank Dr Hudson and the Team at Macclesfield Macmillan Cancer Resource Centre and the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at The Christie, Macclesfield Hospital and South Park Surgery for their care and support over the last seven years. Thank you also to the Reverend Phil Williams and the Reverend Leslie Lewis for their comforting ministrations and our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended the funeral service. Finally thank you to Hooley, Watson & Buckley for their kindness and guidance.
